Admin Question by Juan: How to file claim for credit life insurance?
If my dad had credit life insurance on his auto, feel behind on payments, had it repoed then it went to collection comp then he recently died. How can i file claim if the loan is now with collection co? Just read auto contract that states it is valid for 4 more years.

You will need to contact the insurance company directly to file the claim with them. They will need a copy of the death certificate.
